Health and Safety Code Section 127677 requires prescription drug manufacturers to notify specified prescription drug purchasers of a specified increase in the wholesale acquisition cost of a prescription drug. If you are a state purchaser, a licensed health care service plan, a health insurer, or a pharmacy benefit manager as identified in Health and Safety Code Section 127675, please complete the following form to register for 60-day advance notice of a specified increase in the wholesale acquisition cost of a prescription drug. Fields indicated with an asterisk are required. The information submitted through this form will be made publicly available, as provided, consistent with HCAI’s Privacy Policy.
